Two lights, 165g combined with batteries. Good floody beams. On the right is the Fenix PD 32 UE and on the left is the Jetbeam RRT-01. In the end may only need the Jetbeam but the Fenix weighs less than 3 oz so I’m not worried. I spent more time researching lights this year than anything else. I pull the trigger to buy and suddenly new stuff is available.
Infinitely variable lets you put out just a fraction of a lumen.
Old, huge chalk bag needs to get converted to another feed bag.
Last year I made a ghetto hood out of silnylon. This year I’m making some thin overgloves that I might reinforce with some cordura. Single use only.
New frame bag for a new frame.
New tires and chain before the start. KMC seems to last twice as long as others. Maxxis Ikons haven’t let me down yet.
